When an item is ready for you to pick up, you'll receive a notice by email, text or phone. If you aren't able to pick up your hold before it expires, you'll also receive a notice letting you know your hold was canceled.
3 days before items are due, an email will be sent that indicates if items were automatically renewed. If the items were renewed, the email will include the new due dates. This email will also indicate if items were not renewed, and are still due back on their original due date.
If your items are overdue, you'll be notified by email, text, print or phone after 3 days. You may receive up to two additional overdue notices when items are 15 days overdue and 28 days overdue.
When an item is 45 days overdue, a bill will be automatically generated for the item. A bill notice will be sent by email or by print.
Libraries may also choose to send a fine notice for accounts that owe more than a certain unpaid balance in fines. This will vary from library to library. Please contact your library for additional information.
